Primary Location:  Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities: ManTech is seeking a program support analyst with in our State Department Account. This individual will be a part of a dynamic team providing quality support to our customer’s end users. Specific responsibilities will include facilitating the Change Control Board, process and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)l documentation, and SharePoint administration.  The successful candidate is one who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and interacts effectively, courteously, and directly with the user to resolve issues.


  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Fluent in MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with the IT Change Control Process
  • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and process documentation
  • Experience maintaining SharePoint libraries and entry level SharePoint administration
  • Experience managing project server templates and creation of MS Project schedules

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT, engineering, or
  • 1-3 years IT experience

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Active Secret or Interim Secret Clearance
