Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Program Operations Manager (POM) in our Circuit Card Center of Excellence (CCA). This highly visible, critical role will support our growing CCA business to ensure that program needs are integrated and supported to meet all program commitments. This role will be the primary interface with the program team from Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) and encompasses management of the production and supply chain activities and will be responsible for program cost & schedule. Results will be accomplished through leading and influencing cross business team members and mid-level management, leading briefings and technical meetings for internal and external customer’s representatives and being accountable for the multiple facets associated with effectively running each program. The position will develop executable program plans and manage these plans from initial business forecast to completion.
The POM will be part of the SAS CCA Operations team. Ability to work across cross functional teams, as well as through multiple businesses and suppliers, to drive resolution to production and delivery barriers.
Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Production/Manufacturing, or Engineering
  • Material/Supply Chain knowledge
  • Production Forecasting Experience
  • Strong Presentation Skills with experience generating briefs for program and functional leadership
  • Experience with SAP/PRISM or similar ERP system
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in engineering/production environments
  • EVMS Certification or ability to earn
  • Experience engaging engineering to implement design changes
  • Circuit Card Assembly experience
  • Relative experience with SAS or RMS programs
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel

Required Education (including Major):

BA/BS degree in a related filed
