We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Data Manager to join our team and begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

In this role you will:
• Create and maintain SharePoint site for Program to store/share data
• Develop processes to govern data management
• Develop training on use of site as required
• Manage data on site for currency, appropriateness, storage accuracy, etc
• Authorize access and maintain access lists
• Providing onsite administrative support and coordination
• Collects time sheets
• Supports the staff in the preparation of their travel itinerary and associated paperwork
• Oversees required personnel records and files
• Responsible for developing, drafting, writing and editing reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents
• Interfaces with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, records and files
• Takes and maintains minutes from key meetings
• Responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming and operations documentation, procedures and methods
• Provides all activities related to the administration of computerized databases
• Establishes and enforces processes to ensure a consistent, well managed, and well-integrated data warehouse infrastructure
• Provides product support and maintenance of the data warehouse


Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Familiarity with data management and administrative support of a large and complex PMO
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Understanding of desktop and notebook hardware
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency, and ease
• Familiarity with Managed Services Environments a plus
