AECOM is hiring a Project Manager, Education Studio for our Buildings+Places practice in NYC. The responsibilities include:
Manages numerous projects from smaller and less complex to bigger and more complex. Biggest focus on NYC SCA and DASNY.
Fully involved and manages all project phases as a Team Leader from initial kick-off meetings to final Construction Documents.
Responsible for providing project guidance, design, drawings, analysis, studies and recommendations for Educational Projects. Manages various size groups of architects, designers, specialists and other trades.
Manages estimating process, and doing estimates for smaller projects in house.
Fully involved in drawings and specification production, managing all team members.
Fully involved and manages BCC filing, and oversees DOB / FDNY filing.
Manages numerous projects - from smaller and less complex to bigger and more complex.
Biggest focus on NYC SCA and DASNY.
Manages coordination with in-house and outside sub-consultants (Struct, M, P, E, FP, FA, etc.)
With Studio Leader and assigned DPM, creates and controls project budget and project schedule.
Direct meetings with the clients
BA/BS and 4+ years of related experience working on NYC SCA and DASNY projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
Must have Revit, AutoCAD and Sketch Up skills, as well as MS Office including Excel
