Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a highly talented Resident Construction Manager for immediate employment supporting Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK.
Typical Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of tasks in support of survey or construction activities.
Duties may differ depending on the specialty area.
Activities may include setting up and operating equipment; inspecting equipment; inspection of engineering installations for compliance with specifications; maintaining project documentation; assisting with the building, repair, or maintenance of a structure or roadway.
Relies on complete knowledge of procedures, company policies, and business practices to plan and accomplish goals.
At this level, incumbents normally handle a wide range of relatively complex protocols; viewed as fully competent within limits of experience.
Works under general supervision.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Proficient in surveillance of construction activities, landscaping, civil (water, sewer, drainage distribution), structural, electrical, architectural, and mechanical systems
Experience using MS office Professional suite, project scheduling software and scanning software
Must be eligible to obtain a CAC (Common Access Card)
Candidate must posses a valid driver’s license
