If the answer is yes, Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS) has an exciting opportunity for you in the Talent Acquisition Metrics Analyst position.
Provides workforce analytics and Talent Acquisition metrics to drive data-driven decision making for the business, and delivers useful insights to assist senior HR leaders in making informed decisions. As such, the TA Analyst will be highly analytical and be able to work with internal and external data sets. The candidate will be detail-oriented and a self-starter who is fully capable of providing data-driven analysis on projects of high visibility to senior Raytheon leadership.
Creates Talent Acquisition weekly, monthly and ad hoc metrics and reports; ensures data integrity by establishing and documenting reporting processes and providing training and support to the TA, Human Resources and Hiring Manager communities.
Develops and optimizes existing and new information tools, dashboards, queries and visualizations that translate data into meaningful and easy-to-understand insight for different audiences as a way to monitor and improve business performance.
Generates and disseminates actionable information and analysis to leadership – including quick response to ad-hoc requests.
Oversees and regularly maintains the RMS TA SharePoint page to include design and collaboration with other RTN partners. Responsible for ensuring continuous improvement for the workspace in partnership with the TA team.
A minimum of 2 years of analytics related work experience to include interpreting data, analyzing results and providing ongoing reporting.
Experience with MS Office - including advanced Excel skills
Ability to explain complex information in simple terms with examples, clarification and advice.
Experience collaborating with a wide variety of customers to eliminate barriers and identify best practices.
Must be process and detail-oriented, timely and responsive, and have the ability to meet deadlines in customer service oriented and faced-paced recruiting environment.
The successful candidate must show demonstrated experience of taking initiative and exercising sound business judgment and maintain discretion and confidentiality of HR information.
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of degree;
Experience with the BrassRing/Kenexa applicant tracking system platform, including the Data Insight reporting tool
Experience supporting Recruiters and recruitment outreach initiatives
HR related experience
