The Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) division of Raytheon is seeking an engineering leader with execution experience in the requirements development, integration/verification and test of EO/IR systems on military aircraft.

The System Engineering IV&V activities include all aspects of product and system level requirements tracing, test planning, integration and test execution including laboratory test, environmental test, and flight tests.
The SE IV&V organization also supports system architecture development, CONOPS development, system trade studies, requirements analysis and flow down to hardware/software configuration items; all of which lead to the final system integration, verification and validation.
This role will have direct responsibility for a test program which includes establishing test methods and techniques, planning tests, writing test procedures and reports, generating, implementing and verifying test equipment requirements, leading the integration efforts as well as the verification and validation of system level requirements.
Other responsibilities include leading test readiness reviews and utilizing broad knowledge of test engineering, including applying understanding of principles of related engineering and technology to ensure test validity and integrity.
