Job Summary

AECOMHunt is actively seeking a highly motivated Estimator Intern for employment in the Dallas, TX office for Summer 2020. As the Intern Estimator you will get to work on a range of Sports, Medical, and other Commercial Project types.

Some of your job responsibilities will include:

  • Provides quantity surveying for each project phase: conceptual, schematic design, design development and construction documents.

  • Works to support a team of other estimators to evaluate appropriate budgets.

Minimum Requirements

AA/AS (US) + None or Diploma/Certification (Canada) + None

Preferred Qualifications

  • In school to receive a Bachelor or post-graduate degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Estimating or related field

  • Interest in Commercial (Building) Construction

  • Able to be based in Dallas, TX area

  • Some computer experience needed with the following programs:

  • Revit and or AutoCAD,

  • Bluebeam or similar,

  • Microsoft Excel and Word,

  • Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
