Job Summary

AECOM has an opening for a Senior HR leader responsible for driving change and ensuring compliance on a 3 month temporary project. Must be a proven, results-oriented project manager who will have experience partnering with HR partners, management and employees. This role requires leadership experience, building and managing relationships across a wide variety of client groups. Key areas of focus include integration practices, review, update and maintenance of job structures, employee mapping practices, classification and regulatory compliance and employee relations. This position can be located anywhere in the US.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, with 6+ years leading a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in employment law, compliance, and managing sensitive level investigations.

  • Experience with analyzing data to make fact-based HR decisions and proposals

  • Seen as a ‘team player’ with a consultative style and ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy in interactions with all levels of the organization in a matrixed team environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the experience of partnering with enterprise HR team on special projects.

  • Excellent follow through skills and the ability to anticipate and address business needs proactively.

  • Ability to maintain perspective, balance, and focus through challenge, uncertainty and change.

  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
