Software Developer (Systems Software) - Mission Software Developer

As a Mission Software Developer supporting the customer, you will be trusted to work collaboratively with data architects, web developer and other cross functional teams in a highly entrepreneurial, experimental and idea-filled culture. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Work with the customer organization to maintain code in legacy systems
  • Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
  • Offer ideas for new products and services, and improvements to existing interfaces
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements
  • Research, design, develop, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years related experience.
  • Technical Skills: Java/J2EE, Oracle, SQL, and Github.
  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Message queues, familiarity working within a Cloud architecture

Education

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
