Cyber Security Engineer responsible for designing, developing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and documenting wireless computer network security infrastructure. As a wireless and mobile technology SME provide client consulting on DoD policies and procedures concerning wireless and mobile technologies. Write, manage, and maintain wireless and mobility policies and procedures for the organization. Plans and coordinates computer wireless network security initiatives. Devise solutions to operational problems within the capacity and operational limitations of installed equipment. Provide internal consulting, technical guidance, information and support to application developers, computer operations, workstation support, company management and departmental clients. Works with and directs other network and security professionals as required to coordinate efforts to resolve cross-team issues and communicate changes. Responsible for evaluating current network security systems and planning for future technologies. Provide technical expertise to monitor authorized wireless connections as well as detecting, locating, and removing rogue wireless devices. Maintain wireless and mobile Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages for associated systems and software. Evaluate mobile applications and provide security overview to mobile devices utilized within the organization.
