Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) C2 Space and Intelligence Systems (CSI) Business area is currently seeking a System Engineering Lead (SEL) for the ISF Program. The program is following Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban) for developing their products. The SEL needs to manage the team’s execution within the agile environment, driving the conclusion of the active Epics. This involves working closely with the Customer to align the priorities regularly, and communicating clearly to the various teams. The SEL also needs to be very familiar with agile development are responsible for leading the SE team to develop and groom the program backlog from internal and external stakeholder inputs. The SEL needs to be proficient in the full Systems “V”, managing requirements, creating designs, documenting interfaces and CONOPS, producing and executing test procedures, and linking the results back to the requirements.
Must be a U.S. CITIZEN with an active TS/SCI security clearance

• Demonstrated engineering/leadership experience with proven track record
• Strong understanding of Agile development approach
• Experience as Agile Scrum-master or Product Owner
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve complex situations
• Experience working in a multi-discipline environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools
• Experience and certification with SAFe
• Experienced Control Account Manager
• Six sigma certified
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
8 years with a BS in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics; or 6 years with a MS in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics
