Job Summary

AECOM has an opportunity for a Financial Analyst at our Alice Springs, Australia location. The position performs financial reporting, cost control and oversight on the OASIS Program including but not limited to:

  • Analyze monthly direct and indirect financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Report monthly financial data to all stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Support completion of monthly contract deliverables, such as the CFSR, BMR & ERR.

  • Support the completion of quarterly and bi-annual contract deliverables.

  • Maintain and update all finance dept. forms & policies specific to the program

  • Ensure FAR/CAS compliance within program financials.

  • Manage and maintain financial data in SAP

  • Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Australian or US national

  • Requires a Department of Defence Secret security clearance.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel and Word

  • Undergraduate Degree- Accounting, Business Management, Finance or related field.

  • Previous financial and A/P experience

  • Previous procurement experience

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proven ability to work independently

  • Ability to operate and contribute to a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable/Finance experience.
