Next Gen OPIR GEO is an exciting SAS Watch Program within the Strategic Systems Product Group in Space Systems. The successful candidate will guide all activities within the Next Gen OPIR GEO program and will have the opportunity to work on a dynamic program with the potential to cultivate effective implementation of program. Responsible for providing financial guidance and partnering with the Program Director and the leadership team to ensure sound business decisions are made in all program implementation, new business and strategy, and to ensure growth and financial goals and commitments are met. Responsibilities include the following:
Effectively develop Financials for a complex Program:
•Responsible for driving business financials while maintaining accountability across the programs on both short and long-term initiatives including closely monitoring & measuring performance
•Guide business processes, including EAC, Customer Reporting, Earned Value, Baseline Change implementation, Financial Forecasting, AOP, 5 Year Plan
•Work very closely with the Next Gen OPIR GEO leadership team, and functions, providing the connectivity to the macro-level business goals while actively assessing risk and managing mitigation plans
•Provide financial briefings and communications to customers, Next Gen OPIR GEO Leadership Team, and functional directors including BD, SCM, Ops, Engineering, as well as VP of Space Systems & VP of Finance
•Provide analyses to build sound and executable program plans
•Provide guidance to ensure thorough business administration function across program by focusing on increasing actionable information provided to the Program Directors, program leadership team, and customers, promoting knowledge sharing, and improving processes with focus on automation & simplification
•Responsible for managing and coordinating Strategic Systems actions and providing accurate communication about the Next Gen OPIR GEO program within Raytheon
•Partner with Program leadership team to strategize for new business initiatives
•Guide and develop the Next Gen OPIR GEO finance team. Provide excellent guidance, performance expectations and reward/recognition for the team.
•The candidate must possess effective influence, relationship building, and Leadership skills to interface effectively at all levels of the program and customer organizations
•Requires significant knowledge of business disciplines: accounting, rates and budgets, government compliance, policies and procedures, revenue and business processes/program implementation tenants (e.g. EAC, EVMS, IPDS. etc.)
•Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize data into actionable information to assist in prudent business decision making
•Ensure team provides analyses that are well-thought out, clear, concise, accurate and timely in order to represent program in the best light; all aspects and impacts of the recommendations, analyses and products are seen at the highest levels in the organization and must show sound business judgment.

•Experience presenting to large audiences
•Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
•TS and/or SSBI clearance
Required Education: •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, etc.
