Operations & Sustainment (O&S) IPT Lead - Military veterans preferred

The Whole Life Engineering Directorate (WLED) is made up of several disciplines whose main objective is to influence hardware and systems early in their life cycle to assure effective operation, reliability, maintainability and economical ownership by the customer and end user, as well as implementing systems lifecycle maintenance and modernization plans. We are currently seeking an Operations & Sustainment (O&S) IPT Lead to join our dynamic and growing engineering team.

Candidate will be an integral part of the SAS Whole Life Engineering Center as a Product Support Manager (PSM) supporting ICS programs in Marlborough, MA interfacing directly with Program Leadership, customers, and key suppliers.

Candidate must be able to communicate and work with hardware and software engineers to resolve field issues, translate engineering data into Technical Manual (TM) instructions, and update logistics support documentation.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of engineering experience to include the following:
• Experience in Depot development and management
• Experience in controlling a budget and managing a team of Multi-Disciplined Engineers
• Experienced as a Technical Trainer, Help Desk Support, and/or Field Engineer
• Familiarity with military documentation as it relates to Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) engineering
• Ability to work well with all organizational levels and other engineering disciplines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Visio, Project, and Power Point tool
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position requires the ability to obtain a DoD Secret U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment
• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Desired Skills:

• Proposal costing / authoring experience
• Customer requirements product sell-off experience
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development
• Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance
