Simulation Training

KBR is seeking to hire Simulation training specialist to support USSTRATCOM/J7 Joint Exercises, Training, and Assessments Directorate. This candidate will enhance readiness and mission performance through joint exercises, wargames, training, and assessments. J7 also leads the Lessons Learned/After Action programs, IT Test/Evaluation, Modeling/Simulations capabilities, and enables Command workforce professional development. USSTRATCOM/J7 requires Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support intelligence for Joint Training.

Specific Duties: Using recent military intelligence experience in USSTRATCOM Unified Command Plan (UCP) mission areas and overall intelligence procedures for collection, reporting and product development, provide intelligence development for IMAT, exercise and wargame on-site training scenarios as follows:

• Identify intelligence operational training and exercise objectives, assess intelligence inputs to meet these objectives, ensure coordination with Intelligence Directorate senior analysts, and develop exercise intelligence concepts, themes, timelines, road to crisis, scenarios, event flow, story boards, and opposing forces/situational forces campaign plans to meet training criteria.
• Support government in developing and injecting intelligence data for training/exercise scenarios.
• Support government in developing and injecting data files for intelligence based programs used to support training/exercise development and execution.
• Support the government to develop responses to Requests for Information (RFI) from training/exercise participants and follow-through to completion.
• Support the government in providing intelligence facilitators and/or role players, as required.
• Provide assistance to the government for the conduct of operational mission testing of STRATCOM Mission Centers and other facilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Travel 20%
• At least five years of military intelligence experience within the last ten years in USSTRATCOM UCP mission areas and overall intelligence procedures for collection, reporting and product development.
• Shall be a US Citizen
• Possess an active/current Top Secret/SCI
• Education: HS with 4 yrs experience. Bachelor's Degree./Master's degree is desired
