Seeking IT experts to manage a complex data center!
ABOUT THIS POSITION
Be part of a talented team of system administrators and cybersecurity engineers providing the computing environment for the Space and Missile Defense Command Simulation Center on Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Our labs include a mixed environment with Linux and Windows in a High Performance Computing environment supporting the Missile Defense community. You will configure security controls and maintain Windows workstations and Servers. You will be a lead SA for one of the labs at the Simulation Center.
Relocation: Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
• 7 years of SA experience in Windows operating systems or a degree in engineering or computer science
• IAT level II certification (Security+ or similar DoD 85570 approved cert)
• Operating system certification
• Secret clearance
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience in installing Windows Server and configuring security controls
• Experience with Tier I/Tier II/Teir III support to a domain
