LCIV Poland: Logistics Warehouseman



Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities. Responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports. Maintains inventories and completes records. Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third party rentals. Under direct supervision, assigned daily work. May explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities. Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site. Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean up activities. Job may require moderate to heavy lifting. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience.


Performs work in support of the Government Director of Logistics.


Coordinates the organization's daily logistical operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.

Performs functions related to the receipt, storage, inventory, care, location, issue, movement, and loading of equipment, supplies and publications.

Performs applicable actions in GCSS-A and other government automated systems as required.

Organizes warehousing for goods.

Reviews inventory to ensure that product adjustments are properly applied.

Plans and schedules inbound and outbound shipments to internal or external customers based on needs.

Acts as liaison between customers, freight carriers and shipping department.

Includes other clerical duties related to the management of governments supply system.

Must have or be able to obtain a NAC-I


Experience in unit supply documentation and Record Keeping

Knowledge of GCSS-A automated system a plus

Additional requirements:

Must be fluent in English

Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining

Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
