Title:

EURASIA: Recruitment Director (Contingency Hire)

Position Description:

  • The Recruitment Director shall be responsible for managing and operating the recruitment/staffing program required to provide well-qualified and suitable candidates for all labor categories required.
  • The Recruitment Director shall:
  • Develop and implement media strategies to recruit candidates, including determination of most appropriate geographic areas and methods of recruitment and preparation of advertisements and press releases and direction of the development and maintenance of an Internet site.
  • Develop recruitment sources including educational institutions, public employment offices, special emphasis groups, trade associations' etc.
  • Interview prospective candidates for a wide range of positions, e.g., clerical, technical and professional
  • Evaluate qualifications, experience and personal attributes of candidates.
  • Schedule and plan for workforce turnover
  • Maintenance and report status of applicant supply.
  • The Recruitment Director shall be available at all times during regular business hours to discuss contract-related issues with the ACOR-Ws or designee.
  • The Recruitment Director shall be located in Washington, D.C. - KBR Headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Top Secret security clearance issued by the Department of State or Defense Security Service is required.
  • Five or more years of specialized experience in the field of recruitment/staffing TS cleared trades and professional personnel.
  • Five or more years’ experience performing all requirements of the position description.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to write, ability to communicate orally.

Education:

  • B.S. in Business Management or a related field required.
