ABOUT THIS POSITION

Be part of a talented team of system administrators and cybersecurity engineers providing the computing environment used to develop new Army Air and Missile Defense programs in Huntsville, Alabama. Our labs include a mixed environment with Linux and Windows servers and workstations that are used by the engineers and scientists. You will build, configure and maintain Windows workstations and Servers. Must be proficient in managing domain level services like active directory and group policy. Also proficient in installing / configuring systems to meet security requirements and resolving complex troubleshooting tasks. Having a good understanding of network concepts and configuring network devices is desirable.

Relocation: Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 12+ years of SA experience in Windows operating systems
  • IAT level II certification (Security + or similar cert)
  • Secret security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012 or later Operating System
  • Experience in installing Windows Server and configuring security controls
