We are looking to hire a Senior Environmental Project to support work in our Texas offices.
The right candidate would:
Be a Manager of large remediation projects
Work with other staff to allocate/schedule resources Develop/implement budgets
Direct project staff
Interact with broad range of stakeholders
Direct and mentor project staff
Manage report preparation
Provide QC on project deliverables.
Education: Degree(s) BS: Discipline: Science or Engineering
Must be a direct employee of the Engineer
Current license as a Professional Engineer in the State of Texas
Good standing with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers
Verifiable knowledge of TRRP, RCRA, CERCLA and other applicable federal and Texas laws/regulations
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a professional engineer in remediation engineering activities at hazardous waste sites.
Two (2) years of experience as Design engineer of Record for waste management projects.
A strong consulting background with progressive pattern of increased responsibility and demonstrated experience in managing projects with a broad range of staff and internal/external stakeholders;
The following technological experience must be met in addition to the general requirements. Key projects for each checked box must be included with PE resume to document experience.
The contract requires the Engineering Company to provide Design and Remedial Action Oversight Phase (RAO) Project Engineers who have experience using the following technologies.
Experience shall be documented by minimum of one reference project as Design or Remedial Action Engineer of Record for projects using technologies described below. There shall be at least two (2) Project Engineers for each subcategory.
MS is a plus
