Job Summary

AECOM is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Coral Gables office. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Discovery Process:

  • Assist Director in the Discovery and Measuring stages of implementation.

  • Support Director in Business Development deliverables and scoping.

  • Develop scope documents and deliverables for client.

  • Assess and review scope of the change management required to implement operation and systems changes.

  • Develop schedules for project implementations.

  • Develop scope for RFPs or RFQs for PMIS implementations and coordination with other existing or future software considerations.

  • Project Delivery:

  • Develop change management and transition plan.

  • Implement change management and transition plan.

  • Implement and maintain schedule and manage hours assigned to project.

  • Manage resources as needed for clients.

  • Training and guidance:

  • Be able to create and execute a communication plan customized to the clients transition plan.

  • Develop training materials and training programs customized for the client.

  • Provide training and guidance to clients in order to achieve a continuous improvement even after implementation phase.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS + 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
