The STARS (Standard Terminal Automation Replacement) program is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The STARS program supports a joint FAA/DoD contract to upgrade and deploy air traffic control systems across the United States. STARS is valued at over $2.7B and is currently proposing the follow-on contract which will extend the program for another 10+ years. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail oriented individual who is interested in supporting and leading program control activities for a top, externally reported Raytheon program.
As the Principal Financial Analyst the selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of program control areas including leading the Earned Value reporting and external reporting to the FAA customer, Earned Value guidance and support to the program team and CAMS, quarterly EAC development and analysis, initial baseline creation and management, and program office and integrated product team (IPT) interaction. The individual should be dedicated to continued process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all operational aspects of the program.
