Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Cyber Security Engineering MID to join our Network Defense Team in the St. Louis, MO area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains and provides support to enterprise Cyber Security Engineering requirements
  • Applies Cyber Security Engineering and Network Security Engineering expertise to optimize NGA's enterprise protection posture
  • Recommends and participates in activities that prevent repeated vulnerability assessment findings
  • Provides and participates in A&A support for projects and technical exchange meetings
  • Contributes to contract deliverables for this WBS element
  • Supports disparate Network Security appliances and vendors (IDS/IPS, Web Gateways, Email Gateways, etc.)

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (in Engineering, Computer Science or related field) or equivalent
  • Three or more years of IT experience
  • CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, or CCISO required
  • Experience with A&A support for projects and technical exchange meetings
  • Experience developing and maintaining enterprise Cyber Security Engineering requirements
  • Linux/Powershell /scripting experience desirable, but not required

Security Requirements:

  • An Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
