AECOM is actively seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our Norfolk, VA team. This position will provide logistic support to the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) supporting the Engineering Department, Code 210. The successful candidate will provide logistics support to the Visit TSRA Support Team.
Provide logistics services for surface TSRA visits, to include; Availability Concurrent TSRA (ACT), Post-Deployment TSRA (PODT), Post-Availability TSRA (PAT), Pre-Deployment TSRA (PDT), Ballistic Missile Defense Readiness Assessments (BMDRA), Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) and other Type Commander Assessment Programs.
Utilize tasking agenda from the team leader and Assessment Director ensuring all referenced procedures are current and valid
Develop a book for each TSRA Matrix subsystem identified by the AD to include all required documentation, such as Summary Report page, Electrical Safety Standard Operating Procedure, Root Cause Codes for Equipment Operational Capability code page, CMP Automated Work Request “blue sheet” guidance, etc. no later than 7 days prior to the start of a scheduled visit.
Submit all required visit, access requests
Ensure all required reporting is accurate and submitted on time to all applicable stakeholders.
Provide FLC SCLSIS information for equipment validations
Perform all other tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field and at least five (5) years of job-related experience or equivalent. Good communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.
Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience within the last ten years in Navy Integrated Logistics Support and System Life Cycle Support areas of the DOD/Navy Integrated Logistics Support System. Shall have a working knowledge of DOD/Navy Supply Support Systems, supply support directives, policies, standards and documentation, afloat supply procedures, and Navy Supply System organization as defined in MIL-STD138 8-1A/2A
Minimum of two (2) years of experience utilizing 3M system software or Assessment Program software as utilized by Navy Assessment programs. Minimum of two years of experience in HM&E/C5I/C4I equipment. Minimum of two years’ experience with the Navy Supply System and Navy 3M as it relates to parts acquisition, ordering, and research (R-Supply). Minimum of two years’ experience with shipboard configuration (CDMD-OA) as it applies to the review and validation of shipboard configuration. Minimum of two years’ experience with shipboard configuration as it applies to the development and input of feedback and configuration change documents for shipboard configuration.
Position requires an active Secret clearance.
