Basic Program Overview: 

ManTech is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Alexandria, VA to provide exceptional support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

The Program Analyst will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to government leaders. Support includes managing research and development (R&D) projects, coordinating end-user requirements, and reviewing technical proposal submissions. This position will be working in the area of Training Technology Development and combating terrorism for an organization that rapidly identifies and develops capabilities for the Department of Defense and the other Government organizations.

Mandatory Skills Requirements: 

• Experience with programs to optimize soldier and squad performance, both physical and cognitive, and improve combat readiness
• Knowledgeable of human performance optimization technologies and methods, human factors and psychology
• Experience working with government contracts in a R&D environment
• Experience in or with the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) or other Special Operations Forces (SOF) communities

General Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects.
• Assist with the process to gather and define end-user requirements.
• Develop procurement packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other vendor solicitations; including Statements of Work, Technical Evaluations, Independent Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc.
• Participate in research and development technical review meetings.
• Prepare technical and financial information for briefings, presentations, and status reports.
• Support the projects operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts.

Other Skills Preferred: 

• Experience working with training technologies such as artificial intelligence, simulators, virtual reality, physiological sensors, etc.
