AECOM is hiring a Microelectronics Program Manager to provide capture and business development for multiple opportunities at NSWC Crane and Air Force Research Laboratories. This individual must have microelectronics engineering expertise with a strong program management background. Areas of microelectronics expertise should include an understanding of microelectronic design, ASIC engineering, FPGAs, intellectual property, supply chain risk analysis, trust and assured microelectronics, research and development, and manufacturing.
Participate in business development capture including identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies and managing proposal development.
Plan and procure necessary staffing to achieve work completion milestones and deliverables.
Monitor fulfillment of contract requirements to ensure quality and timeliness of services/deliverables to various customers.
Supervise, coordinate, provide leadership to and review the work of assigned staff and/or contracts.
Interface with customers on a regular basis for support of engineering and program management activities. Monitor customer feedback and advice on a broad range of issues related to products/services being delivered.
Determine teaming partners to pursue opportunities with.
Perform multi-disciplinary analysis of system designs to determine compliance with specifications and standards.
Direct the investigation and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Microelectronics engineering expertise with a strong program management background.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 10 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required.
Extensive travel may be required.
The position will require the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
