About this position The KBRwyle Software and IT Solutions Sector is looking for (2) E-2D Advanced Hawkeye Field Service Representatives to support the maintenance and upkeep of E-2D computerized maintenance systems and the development and modernization of relevant software running on those systems. The ideal candidate has expertise in E-2D Hawkeye aircraft systems, and the hardware and software systems supporting maintenance activities. E-2D AdvancedHawkeye Automated Logistics Environment (ALE) provides integration and analysis of aircraft performance and requires a motivated Field Service Representative that can work with little direction to ensure the high quality of customer service. The goal is to maximize customer commitment and the prosperity of business by producing results in a timely manner. Responsibilities include the following: - Undertake all customer support tasks in external facilities as directed by PMA-231 - Operate efficiently to conclude all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test activities - Ensure that the work progress accurately and follows the tasking as assigned by PMA-231 - Perform troubleshooting on Portable Electronic Maintenance Aid (PEMA) hardware and strive to resolve Hawkeye Flight Planeside and Web application issues - Produce frequent and analytical service reports - Provide on demand training as needed by PMA-231 - Team up with colleagues and be able to effectivelycommunicate important information - Discern customer needs and offer advice or recommendations - Formulate relationships of trust with customers


  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience, or equivalent experience in-lieu of degree
  • Proven experience as a field service representative in the area of Department of Defense Naval Aviation
  • Knowledge with Built in Test (BIT) recording systems, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and interact with all levels of the command (CDRE, Wing MO, Maintenance Leadership, Shop Personnel)
  • Ability to manage and preserve technical equipment
  • Ability to easily acclimate to modified schedules and shifts
  • Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications
  • Relevant technical degree or certification, desired
