Operations Coordinator

Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Performs a wide range of administrative, office support, and coordination activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Typically requires an undergraduate degree and 1 year of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. Candidates must be a highly organized self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-discipline team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve goals. Proven administrative skills to include effective planning and organization of meetings with agendas and preparation of meeting minutes for distribution. Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) and an ability to interact with staff at all levels from interdepartmental to Corporate Executive. Must have an ability to manage departmental budgets as well as maintain multiple calendars in support of Project Management activities.

Additional requirements:

  • Prior LOGCAP IV Operations experience in a contingency environment preferred
  • Prior LOGCAP IV Service Orders / Customer Services experience preferred
  • Prior LOGCAP IV experience with Maximo preferred
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programs; specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must be capable of working is a highly stressful environment while remaining calm and level headed
  • Must be discreet
  • Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
  • Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
  • Candidate must be able to obtain German Work & Residence Permit
  • NAC-I required
