Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for establishing, executing and maintaining a quality assurance program that ensures quality control procedures and practices are being used.
  • Monitor the services being provided to determine if Service Level Agreements and performance levels are being adhered to.
  • Recommend changes to services and processes to improve performance.
  • Determine if current methods and techniques result in meeting reliability, maintainability, availability, and capacity standards/levels.
  • Develop, modify, apply, and maintain standards for quality operating methods and procedures used across the program. 
  • Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer-based organization.
  • Develop and define major and minor characteristics of quality including quality metrics and scoring parameters and determines requisite quality control resources for an actual task order.
  • Establish and maintain a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation and/or assist in the evaluation.
  • Conduct and/or participate in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Requires skill with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Other Requirements:

  • Must have active interim Secret clearance or above
  • Must be able to travel at least 25%

  • Must be able to type
