Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Mission Engineering (ME) IPT and the Mission Management (MM IPT for the M2C2 Program. The M2C2 Program provides Mission Management and Command and Control capabilities for Proprietary Customers. This CAM will also support other CAMs on the program as part of the Program Operations functional organization that work as a team to ensure the Operations functions across the entire program are effectively support. The ME CAM will assist in the technical oversight and support in the areas of engineering change management, proposal development and various program operations support tasks to include growth strategy and ensuring exemplary program performance as enabler to that growth. The successful candidate will be able to reach across operations disciplines to bridge the gap between Financial, Planning and Scheduling, Contracts and other program support functions as well as being well versed in the technical architecture and composition of the Command and Telemetry Component and its interfaces. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to participate in the front end of the business (business development) and contribute to growth of a strategically important program.
•Provides direct support for IPT management in support of the ME or MM IPT lead.
•Tracking of informal requests to provide Engineering Estimates for changes to M2C2 ME or MM capabilities.
•Provide cross discipline and cross IPT coordination and oversight to ensure consistency of program deliverable artifacts (Schedule, Financial, and Technical).
•Coordinating program events to include Program Reviews, Gate Reviews, Integrated baseline reviews, Joint Surveillance reviews and other key program events.
•Coordinates activities and leads fact-finding meetings.
•Supports the program office in collection and organization of information to support audits and reviews. Consolidate materials into presentation packages and present briefing to Program Management and Customer representatives on Component cost/schedule/technical performance.
•Supports and leads portions of Special tasking related to Customer and PMO actions
•Continually strive for customer satisfaction by actively working to improve customer communication.
•Provides support to the M2C2 Manager for Program Operations
•Record and track action items to closure.
•Performs cost/schedule performance analysis and develops and manages performance corrective actions to closure
•Direct interaction with the Customer
•Demonstrated Leader with 5+ years of hands-on program and/or project management experience in large scale programs with 3+ years working with Government customers
•Proven ability preparing proposals, estimates, technical documents, and other contract deliverable items.
•Proven ability in schedule development, action item management, management and overall development and progress metrics.
•Demonstrated ability to understand technical details of spacecraft operations.
•Demonstrated ability to understand technical details of efforts underway, to summarize key concerns and follow through with development of action plans to correct or satisfy problem areas.
•Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team. Requires frequent interaction with customers, product engineering teams, and management representatives.
•Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage and coordinate daily activity schedules using electronic collaboration tools (Skype or others).
•Occasional travel may be required
•Current or ability to obtain CAM Certification within 180 Days
•US Citizen with a current TS SCI Clearance

•Previous experience with program operations related functions to include Finance, Contracts, Planning, Estimating, supply chain management.
•Experience in using tools and metrics to manage development activity.
•Ability to develop a strong business acumen
•Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures (Federal Acquisition Regulations, Customer and/or Raytheon)
•Experience in collecting, organizing, and preparing technical data/documents for ease of access and review.
•Flexibility and the ability to juggle/rapidly reprioritize work priorities.
•Highly motivated, energetic, comfortable with initiating interaction with engineering, management and customers
•Self-starter – proactive in determining goals and objectives and pursuing the necessary course of action.
•Understanding of software development lifecycle models and program lifecycle modes.
•Strong analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Program Leadership, Finance, Engineering, Math, Earth Science, Remote Sensing or similar. Equivalent combination of education and experience (BS degree = 8 years applicable experience)
