Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Security Support Specialist to work directly with the 160th Signal Brigade and 25th Signal Battalion S-2. In this capacity, the candidate shall provide support for physical security, personnel security (PERSEC), and Information Security (INFOSEC) in accordance with current Army and DoD policies. Using knowledge of all security disciplines, the candidate shall address and assist with resolving multi-discipline security issues.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Implement physical security program in accordance with AR 190-13, AR 190-51, and AR 380-5.
Coordinate with supporting/installation command for designation of command Mission- Essential/Vulnerable Area (MEVA) and restricted areas and complete risk analysis worksheets for MEVAs in accordance with AR 190-13, AR 190-51, and Department of the Army Pamphlet (DA Pam) 190-51.
Support the Governments security assessments on classified material and handling procedures to ensure compliance with applicable directives to include AR 380-5.
Support the Governments security assessments of proposed Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) installation sites.
During security in-processing of personnel, the Contractor shall support the Government to ensure compliance with AR 380-67 and current Army/DoD PERSEC policy updates at Brigade/Battalion level.
Initiate request for electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing (e-QIP) and ensure proper completion of the request using the Army Investigative Enterprise Solution (AIES) Personnel Security Investigative Center for Excellence (PSI CoE).
Maintain accurate Security Clearance Access Rosters (SCAR) for Soldiers, DA Civilians, and Contractor employees.
Coordinate with respective Contractor Facility Security Officers (FSO) on all Visit Authorization Requests/Letters (VAR/VAL) and ensure visit requests are submitted via the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS).

Minimum Qualifications:
Practical experience in Physical Security, Information Security, and Personnel Security (e-QIP and JPAS)
In-depth knowledge and work experience in Operations Security (OPSEC), Industrial Security, Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP), and Department of Defense and Army security regulations
General knowledge and work experience with the Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP), Transient Electromagnetic Pulse Surveillance Technology, Intelligence Reporting Procedures, Communications Security (COMSEC) policy, and safeguarding requirements, AR 380-40
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Due to the nature of the work and government requirements, US Citizenship is required
Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD level Secret clearance

High School diploma or GED
