AECOM is seeking Construction Inspectors to support its Construction Management Teams working in the NYC Metropolitan area on public transit and commuter rail systems.
Construction Inspectors will review and assist in providing responses to RFIs, review documents and submittals for conformance to the NYCT specifications and requirements for their discipline.
Construction Inspectors will coordinate, follow-up, provide input and during shop drawing/submittal review, construction, and testing, commissioning, final completion and closeout phases.
HS + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalent.
5 or more years experience in the installation, inspection and commissioning on MTA/ NYCT construction projects within multiple disciplines.
Knowledge of construction site safety standards, operations requirements and force account support services.
Bachelors degree in Engineering.
