The Deputy Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the management of activities within the five global regions, to provide Enterprise Infrastructure Support to the customer at main sites, hub sites, and regional affiliates. The support activities include, but are not limited to, equipment replacements, upgrades, and maintenance (desktop clients, cell phones, AVMM, LMR, cabling, telephony, connectivity, patching, and the like).  This role will require close coordination with senior leaders to support the development and maintenance of operational processes and require the ability to manage resources to meet Service Level Agreements and budget objectives.  The individual will serve as a manager for both technical and non-technical personnel, and lower level managers. Conducts interview, makes hiring recommendations/decisions, assigns work roles, and establishes both training and operational processes to ensure success.  Submits regular reports on daily operations, refresh efforts, and project management.  Ensures training is conducted to maintain adequate human resources to meet the challenges of each region.  Submits and approves travel requests, and coordinates with government officials to present or clarify support requirements, serves as the POC to address to regional customer concerns.  Reviews work schedules and on-call rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels.  Tracks productivity to determine worker or process weaknesses. Oversees onboarding of new employees, and enforces compliance standards for both the customer and ManTech.  Sets goals and evaluate employee performance.  Provides direct and indirect feedback to subcontractors permanently and temporarily assigned.  Coordinate staffing across the regions to ensure adequate resourcing to program priorities.  Coordinates with senior program officials to address regional and non-regional concerns. Creates and drives activities to standardize implementation across the regions, to the greatest extent possible.  Occasional travel is required.


  • Strong resource management with the ability to manage diverse teams, and personnel and customers’ needs across multiple time zones.
  • A high level of oral and written communication skills, to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in effectively managing and satisfying small and large scale projects of technical nature.
  • Commitment to provide continuous process improvements and innovative solutions across the project
  • Ability to oversee creation of service resolution teams to react quickly to high priority incidents during the installation process to avoid mission shut down.


  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field or equivalent
  • 3 - 7 years’ experience in a technical management role and understanding of IT equipment and service life as well as planning and implementation of equipment replacement
  • Highly developed oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical and business concepts to various audiences
  • Ability to handle complex customer situations and interact with all levels of personnel to provide a quick and effective resolution.
  • Demonstrate previous or current experience in one of the customer's main sites CONUS or OCONUS.


  • ITIL Foundations v3 and Security + Ce
  • Project Manager Professional certification or equivalent

Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI w/ poly clearance based upon a SSBI completed within the last 5 years. Must be willing to submit to an initial and random polygraph.
