An experienced DevOps Senior Software Engineer II is needed to support task/process automation and the development of software enhancements for an existing classified system. The opportunity exists to do full stack cloud application development in this position in a continuous integration and continuous deployment environment.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience developing, testing, and delivering high quality software and systems
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services
  • Experience with continual integration and continual deployment tools such as Jenkins, Puppet, Docker, and Chef
  • Experience with task/process automation
  • Experience with Linux/Unix system administration
  • Experience working in an agile, collaborative environment to produce deliverable products
  • Active Top Secret/SCI US Security Clearance
  • This position is eligible for a Sign on Bonus of up to 40k for a candidate with a current TS/SCI that has the critical skills of the requisition that can be verified and hired at Raytheon.

Desired Skills:
  • Proficiency in the Java computer programming language on a Linux/Unix platform
  • Security + Certification

Required Education (including Major):

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics.
