Responsibilities include but not limited too:
Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
BA/BS + twelve years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership
BA/BS + twelve years of related experience or AA/AS (US) + fourteen twelve years of related experience + fourteen twelve years of related experience or HS/GED + sixteen twelve years of related experience; all including a minimum of four years of leadership
experience in NYC construction management
experience with Life Science and Institutional clients
