The Talent Acquisition Professional Recruiter is responsible for recruitment and sourcing of roles within Raytheon Saudi Arabia and other entities as required. The Recruiter develops and implements recruiting solutions to hire the right skills and quantity of talent to achieve the staffing objectives. A motivated, detailed and process oriented recruiter with strong client and candidate management skills is ideal for this position. To be successful in this role, you must develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted HR business partner.
This position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Full life cycle recruitment and management of the talent acquisition process including, but not limited to, phone screens, candidate assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback sessions, compensation analysis, offer extension and onboarding.
Educate stakeholders on the recruitment process, set expectations and maintain communication throughout the process.
Partner with department managers and HR colleagues to develop job description content that is thorough, alluring to candidates, and aligns with business strategy. Build candidate profiles to understand overall requirements and success factors.
Drive the hiring process; actively engage with managers, provide ongoing status of requisitions, advise and influence managers throughout the hiring process, and close requisitions in a timely manner.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business area, capabilities, market challenges and key skills to function as a subject matter expert to the business.
Manage active candidates throughout the recruitment process through effective communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Maintain talent pipelines through ongoing, targeted communication to stay in contact with potential candidates who have experience that aligns with current and future business requirements.
Identify and present a diverse candidate slate to support business diversity and inclusion efforts.
Complete reports to provide requisition status and measure recruiting performance.
Responsible for data management and integrity within the applicant tracking system and other HR systems, and compliance of local laws and internal policies and procedures.
Attend local and national career fairs and professional events.
Perform/participate in other HR operation tasks as required.
At least 4 years full life cycle experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment.
Proven success in attracting and hiring professionals and executives.
Proven ability to build effective, collaborative work relationships with colleagues and internal clients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and popular ATS systems such as: Brassring, Taleo, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related area.
This position requires a Saudi person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
