Senior Hydraulic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Hydraulic Revit Modeller, with Hydraulic experience in the Building Services sector to join our growing Adelaide office.

This role will focus on the SEA1000 Project where KBR are engaged as the lead Design

Services Subconsultant.

Responsibilities

  • Work under the instruction of the project supervisor to complete designs and drafting work including drawings within negotiated standards of time, cost and quality
  • Working within Australian and client standards and established industry practices
  • Demonstrating an understanding of client needs and achieving a good level of client satisfaction
  • Working with other staff in the team to coordinate related activities
  • Routinely seeking advice on matters outside of your experience or judgement;
  • Carry out hydraulic design tasks using Revit design software package and AutoCAD computer software when required

Requirements

  • Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent relevant qualification is preferable
  • High standard of competency in Revit, Navisworks and general BIM software
  • Demonstrate an appropriate balance of practicality and innovation in your work
  • Typically looking for 8+ years applicable industrial experience in a design environment is desirable
