Job Summary

The Resident Engineer reports to the Chief Consultant (Marine Works)

The Resident Engineer:

  • Leads the construction supervision team administering the FIDIC Red Book construction contract for construction of a covered dry berth (160m width, 200m length, 70m height), including steel fabrication & erection, under delegated authority.

  • Prepares the facility-specific Construction Management Plan.

  • Manages the preparation of contract-package-level reporting, planning, earned value assessments and the like for inclusion in overall reporting to the Client

  • Presents complex technical subjects to the client team
