Program Administrator

About this position:

  • Provides administrative, logistical and programmatic support to TRMC's T&E/S&T project manager and CTEIP project manager to include support for:
  • Maintaining calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, monitoring program level activities
  • Coordinating and controlling program level correspondence, products, documentation and formal staffing for packages
  • Review products to assure they are coherent
  • Perform basic technical editing to insure products comply with specified format requirements, and are error free with regard to spelling, punctuation, or grammar
  • Planning, scheduling, conducting and documenting program level meetings, conferences, reviews, seminars and other activities.
  • Support may include facilities, IT and/or AV equipment support, attendees, agendas, security considerations, billeting, travel, VIP protocol and budgetary considerations..

  • Program/Project Management experience

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree is desired

Clearance Requirement:

Current Secret Security Clearance is desired, but must have ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledgeable with regard to DoD test and evaluation, acquisition, and/or program management
  • Familiar with working in National Capitol Region
  • Comfortable working with high level DoD organizations, offices and personnel
