Job Description: This requisition is to hire a Material Program Manager to support the CCA COE business area.

Sr. Principal Supply Chain Program Manager:
Is responsible for Development and execution of Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) activities for programs within the Circuit Card Assembly Center of Excellence (CCA COE) located in Andover, MA. Provides the single point of contact for Material Strategies, proposal support, material planning for life of programs, communicates GSCM activities and processes and develops GSCM risk mitigation plans. Creates and manages a Material Program Plan, to ensure program success and competitiveness within the CCA COE. Manages the implementation, execution of strategies, and reports progress to the programs and GSCM leadership.

Required Skills:
Individual needs to possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of integrated supply chain techniques, processes, and tools. These techniques/tools should include lean approaches to parts presentation, six sigma processes, and e-procurement and e-Logistics strategies. Must be an effective communicator/negotiator/ enabler and able to function within a manufacturing environment using MRP / SFDM systems.

  • 6+ years of government contracting, manufacturing, program offices, and/or supply chain management
  • Experience leading or participating in cross functional teams
  • Ability to obtain an interim level secret clearance within 30 days of employment
  • Candidate is required to complete MPM certification within one year of being in the role

  • Material planning and procurement experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Certified Material Program Manager to Level 3 or ability to obtain within one year of hire
  • Earned Value Management Certification
  • Experience with budget management
  • Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills

  • Experience working with Risk and Opportunity Management or sales
  • Experience with proposal preparation or management
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with senior levels of leadership effectively – both internal and external
  • Experience in creating and executing Material Program Plans / Material Strategies

Required Education (including Major):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain or in a related field
