Job Summary


  • Supporting Enterprise communications team members in delivering effective messages through strong writing and storytelling.

  • Proactively supporting Enterprise Communications projects, events and campaigns that align with and support the company's key messages and priorities.

  • Providing writing and editing support helping to ensure all communication materials meet quality and consistency standards.

  • Supporting critical change and transformational initiatives through the development of communication strategies and the management of their execution.

  • Partnering with global colleagues to manage the enterprise corporate responsibility platform to help maximize its positive social impact.


Minimum Requirements


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.

  • High-energy, reliable, and enthusiastic team player.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills for managing several projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Ability to think strategically and serve as a thought partner to the Director of Enterprise Program Communications as well as the Enterprise Communications team.

  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills, including copyediting and familiarity with AP style.

  • Ability to synthesize complex materials and to craft creative, persuasive messaging for a variety of audiences.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships and work effectively at all levels of a global organization.

  • Ability to represent Enterprise Communications in a collegial, cooperative and collaborative manner.

  • Ability to ensure accuracy, completeness and thoroughness of all work products.

  • Self-starter capable of assuming oversight and responsibility for several tasks at once with little supervision.

  • Brings new thinking and best practice into their work.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

  • Experience with Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign software products a plus, but not required.

  • This position does not include sponsorship for United States Work Authorization
