Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to provide planning, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of the various training course documents and the related administrative management support as required. The Instructional Designers work closely with our Curriculum Manager to ensure developed curricula products meet all requirements established by the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). In the performance of their daily duties and responsibilities, the Instructional Designer works within an assembled Curriculum Development Team (CDT). The ideal candidate will have experience with AIM Learning Object Module (LOM) and Content Planning Module (CPM).
Responsibilities include:
Develop training course documentation
Develop Training Project Plans (TPPs)
Analyze Job, Duty, Task, Analysis (JDTA) data to develop Course Training Task Lists (CTTLs)
Develop Training Guides
Develop Testing Materials
Evaluate developed training material
