We are looking for a Strong Middleware/DevOps/Cloud Engineer and Practitioner to support our ongoing Platform Services TO, The potential candidate will have strong experience supporting and hosting applications in OpenSource Technology stack backed by RedHAT, Cloud Technologies and on premise. The candidate will Participate in the planning, implementation and growth of infrastructure on-premise, supporting various Container technologies like RedHAT CloudForms, JBOSS EAP, EWS, AMQ/FUSE, Springboot, Tomcat, Solr, Alfresco.

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

Strong experience with OpenSource RedHAT Middleware Suite with special focus on AMQ/Fuse – Special emphasis on troubleshooting, tuning, automation of infrastructure and day 2 operations.
Be a Team player and work with Team Lead’s on addressing task requirements including provisioning, patching , deploying, troubleshooting and operating.
Serve as a primary technical expert for Infrastructure, cloud and data base architect.
Lead the gathering of architecture for and design and presentation of solutions to meet the needs of our prospective customers
Strong experience in Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation, and other Red Hat’s cloud suite technologies (JBoss, Active MQ, Fuse, EAP, JWS)
Guide and support pilots, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concepts, evaluations, and benchmarks
Actively engage and support implementation, Migration and Stabilization drives.
Develop and maintain tools, scripts and other utility programs to maintain infrastructure.
Contribute to building best practices and contribute to the existing DevOps Process.
Strong experience in scripting languages using Puppet, Ansible, Python, Shell and Perl (any one scripting language)
Strong experience interacting with development teams, supporting deployments, troubleshooting, Root cause analysis and documentation.
Mentor Junior and Mid-level team members and support 24/7 On-call and overnight deployments as needed and be a TEAM Player.
Work with support/application teams to ensure business needs are met
Anticipate and communicate environment impacts, Effective follow-up and communication of problems as they occur

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Specific technical skill requirements include proficiency in demonstrating/performing one or more skills in each technical skill group.
• Knowledge and experience with software and system engineering lifecycle and tools including requirements development, requirements management, and software sustainment.
