Job Summary

  • Develops actionable insights and quality executive deliverables in support of key strategic priorities

  • Maintains flexibility and accountability in support of multiple initiatives and/or projects

  • Conducts internal and external research and analysis to develop actionable recommendations

  • Creates and maintain workforce analytics dashboards

  • Develops detailed analyses and insights across the workforce, engagement, and financial data

  • Prepares work plans, project plans, status updates, and reports for key initiatives/projects

  • Establishes excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives

  • Understands the structure of the organization and data systems used to support team projects
