Job Summary
Develops actionable insights and quality executive deliverables in support of key strategic priorities
Maintains flexibility and accountability in support of multiple initiatives and/or projects
Conducts internal and external research and analysis to develop actionable recommendations
Creates and maintain workforce analytics dashboards
Develops detailed analyses and insights across the workforce, engagement, and financial data
Prepares work plans, project plans, status updates, and reports for key initiatives/projects
Establishes excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives
Understands the structure of the organization and data systems used to support team projects
