AECOM is currently seeking a Program Manager in support of the Project Manager (PM) Tactical Networks Program (formerly known as PM Warfighter Information Network-Tactical). PM Tactical Networks Program delivers a unified tactical network, enabling cohesive mission command at every stage of the joint operational spectrum -- from home station to early entry, to the furthest edge of the battlefield. The program’s scalable suite of integrated tactical network communication and network/cyber management capabilities support today’s complex joint, coalition and civil missions worldwide. The program office provides an expeditionary, modular “tool kit” of unified satellite and radio network transport capabilities to enable uninterrupted mission command and secure reliable voice, video and data communications.
Interacts with senior government or public officials and/or executive level clients on significant program matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
Provides oversight and management over the entire program.
Assesses and manages risk on behalf of the client.
Provides oversight and direction to AECOM PMs and other staff, client staff and subcontractors.
Mentors deputy program managers.
Requires project and client management experience including management of multiple projects of significant scope and complexity.
Basic project management training and certification preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related subject
10 years of experience including 5 years in a management role
Experience managing multiyear USG contracts in excess of $50 million
Strong experience managing programs supporting the Army Tactical Network
Experience in a management role with Integrated Product Support for USG contracts
Experience in a management role with Acquisition Logistics
