Job Summary

We are currently seeking for a BIM specialist / BIM coordinator with experience on large scale projects, preferably infrastructure projects.

Job Duties:

We are currently seeking for a BIM specialist / BIM coordinator with experience on large scale projects, preferably infrastructure projects. In this role you will:

  • Working across multiple projects as BIM manager and BIM Consultant.

  • Developing, implementing and supporting BIM Documentation, Processes and Protocols for a variety of customers and projects. Establishing and writing BIM strategies and BIM execution plans (for bids and live projects).

  • Coordinating, reviewing, and managing CAD and BIM deliverables across the disciplines

  • Working with clients to define AIM (asset information model) outputs and help AECOM teams with handover of information to client

  • Participating in BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement

Minimum Requirements

  • A design consultancy background within a relevant sector, preferably within infrastructure sector

  • Experience in BIM/GIS Engineering sector

  • Average level with Autodesk Revit

  • English language proficient, holding good communication skills to present information in speech, drawings and reports.

  • Highly valuable: an additional language (to English), such as French and/or Italian and/or Greek.

  • Spanish spoken language, at least B1.

  • Availability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering / Architectural degree or master degree. (Spanish degrees: “Grado, Ingeniería / Arquitectura Técnica o Ingeniería / Arquitectura Superior” or international equivalent)
