Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops and maintains the schedule for training development.
  • Work with other leads and stakeholders to prioritize development activities.
  • Manage day to day operations of the course development team and ensure quality training material is produced.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all support activities.
  • Establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions.
  • Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas. Identify/anticipate long-range activities and problems/constraints of the project, key personnel and the client.
  • Provide guidance to key personnel, for completion of overall contract objectives and activities.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan that provides regular updates to all staff on project implementation.
  • Coordinate and schedule client mandated training/certification with Program Management.
  • Consult in a specific functional area of project.
  • Support the development of work plans to fulfill government requirements.
  • Support formulation of milestone schedules or other documented plans.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of appropriate hardware and software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Exhibits strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Understand computer functions and related technical terminology and how they are applied in everyday business situations.
  • Be IT-industry qualified with documented evidence of their certifications (MS-MCT, Degree in Education, CompTIA CTT+, etc.).
  • Experience in Customer Service

Other Requirements:

  • Must have active interim Secret clearance or above
