Job Summary

The Dublin office are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their established team.

The successful candidate will:

Manage and coordinate all phases of surveying projects

Prepare cost estimates and proposals

Project manages own projects

Manage client requirements

Invoice clients

Complete required tasks with minimal supervision

They may also supervise multiple surveyors and groups of subcontractors and manage sub-consultants to work safely and comply with the requirements within scope of work.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven ability in core Building Surveying including Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations Matters and Contract Administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Degree in Building Surveying

  • MRICS / MSCSI or working towards it.
