Description:
Szanca Solutions is hiring a Remote Monitoring Technician to work with the DoD. The project is long term and will work with infrastructure, and providing IT solutions and services to TS networks on CONUS and OCONUS locations.

o Provide technical assistance and telephonic support for Remote Monitoring to Intel Customers.
o Maintain documentation of problems and meet Service Level Agreement Requirements for calls answered and resolved.
o Help provide technical assistance and support for Workflow Management services
o Monitor and support ticket workflows
o Review, assign, reconcile and support the management of tickets throughout their lifecycle
o Help coordinate with IT service providers and communicate outages and plans for recovery

Qualifications:
o High School and 5 years of customer service or Bachelor's degree and one year of Help Desk
o One or more years of related experience and have a Security + 8570 certification at the time of start.
